John Joseph Solicitors was established by the late John Joseph in 1982. Over four decades, John and his son Andrew have built a reputation for providing tailored legal solutions and efficient, client focused conveyancing.

Following experience in commercial litigation and as a Prosecutor with the ACT Director of Public Prosecutions, Andrew, John’s eldest son, returned to Lithgow in 2012 to join his father in the family legal practice.

Under Andrew, the practice has continued to expand with the new office opened in Bathurst in 2023. Andrew is committed to continuing the dedicated, friendly and personalised service that John established and for which our firm is renowned. Andrew believes very strongly in using the law to resolve disputes and not to complicate them.
